Certified Biodynamic and Organic

(Lepidum sativum) Peppery-warm flavor makes a great salad addition. Frillier leaves than Garden Cress. For a steady supply do multiple sowings through early spring until weather warms and start again in early fall, or transplant and harvest larger leaves from the stalks as they grow. A quick cut-and-come-again salad ingredient. A very quick micro green, and a nice winter window plant, it makes a zesty garnish.
