USES & COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Tatsoi is a wonderfully versatile green, delightful served raw or lightly cooked. Lightly steam or sauté it, wilt the leaves with a warm dressing, or add them to a soup at the end of cooking.
Use in any situation you would use spinach, kale, or chard.
