Direct sow ~100 seeds/square foot ~1/4-1/2″ deep from mid-spring to early fall.
Sow every few weeks for continual harvest.
Partial to full sun
Well drained with good organic matter
1/2-1″ between plants
Most greens in mix prefer cooler weather and are cold hardy and tolerate mild-light frost
Cut ~1″ above soil for 3-5 cuttings
USES & COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Intended as a cut and come again salad mix, Asian Greens also do very well thrown into soups at the last moment, or stir-fried very lightly. Since the young leaves are tender enough to eat raw, they can cook in a matter of a few seconds, perfect if you want a hot meal, but can’t wait to eat!
