USES & COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Nasturtium is a wonderful, cress-flavored edible flower. Among its many uses, two of our favorites are: Gently and finely chop a handful of nasturtiums flowers and one or two tender leaves. Mix with softened butter and a little bit of lemon zest. This mixture can be put into a butter mold or gently shaped then chilled for a flavorful and very dainty and festive butter. The green seeds can also be used for pickling, either on their own (if you have enough) or with other veggies as a cress-peppery accent.
