DAYS TO HARVEST
USES & COOKING SUGGESTIONS
It is exceptionally delicious. Very early 4-5 lb. round-oval fruit, well-netted with sweet orange-salmon flesh. When we grew this variety in 2010, we could not believe how sweet and delicious it was. We grew it out in the field here in NY, but one of our friends thought it must have been greenhouse grown, because usually it is hard to grow such sweet melons this far north! This strain has been further bred at Cornell Univ. to resist Powdery Mildew.
