Sow rodelika carrot seeds .5-1″ apart just under the soil surface. Keep soil consistently moist until germination.

PLANT SPACING
Around 35 days, thin carrots to about every 2″ harvesting baby carrots and greens in between.
HARDINESS ZONES
Greens will die with frost, however, roots will remain intact in the soil and can even sweeten until a hard frost (28-30 degrees).
HARVEST
Harvest rodelika ~70 days from planting. You can pull a carrot or two to check if they are at the desirable size. Often, carrots will push their “shoulders” up out of the soil when they are ready for harvest.
COMPANION PLANTING
Grows well with peas, beans, chicory, endive, and lettuce or chives, onions, or leeks. Rosemary, sage, and lemon balm may help keep carrot flies at bay.
