USES & COOKING SUGGESTIONS

As this green has a more mild mustard flavor, it can be used fairly interchangeably wherever other greens such as kale, collards, spinach, and pac choi would be used or used in addition to these greens.

It will wow your company if stir-fried lightly with your favorite mushroom with a bit of butter, soy sauce/tamari, garlic, rice wine vinegar, and lemon and salt to taste.
