SOWING
Direct sow dwarf ching chiang seeds ~1/4″ deep, 2″ apart and thin to 6-8″ apart OR sow indoors 4 weeks before last frost and transplant at true leaf stage (follows first set of two leaves)

HARVEST
When pac choi is at size desired, slice rosette at base. Can be harvested as baby pac choi at 3-4″ or full grown at 6-8″
USES & COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Try lightly stir-fried in sesame oil, with garlic, tamari and shiitake mushrooms. Fish sauce and chilies can also be added! When sauteing, cook until stalks are slightly translucent and greens are wilted. Delicious on its own or over noodles.
