We’re processing more seed just now, having run out of our cleaned seed. We will have more shortly, so please check back later! (The seed is currently still in the dried fruits– it’s a spicy process to remove them, so only the chili-resistant among us are able to do this!)
Capsicum glabruisculum Bushy, productive plants yield candle-flame sized hot peppers (~50,000 scoville units) used most often when green to make a classic Guatemalan hot sauce. Fruit turns red when seed is ripe and mix of red & green peppers and white flowers are remnant for the winter season. Grow in green house or high tunnel for extended season. We are selecting these to acclimatize for timely production in the North. Outstanding flavor! Also a great container plant.
