Thin plants to 4″ apart for bunching greens or keep 1/2-1″ apart for cut and come again greens

USES & COOKING SUGGESTIONS

A great salad addition or as a sauteed green. The buttery flavor of this green makes it a sure palate pleaser! Eat the “raab” (also shown in picture) of the plant too if a spring planting starts to bolt.
